Q Dimension offers full color, high definition, three-dimensional models produced on our Z Corp Spectrum Z510 3D Printer. 3D Printing on our high resolution 3D printer is a very fast and affordable way to create a full color prototype or model. 

Our 3D printer can also directly print a model that can be used as a pattern in creating a sand cast mold.  Shapes that would otherwise be very expensive to machine can simply be printed with this addative manufacturing process.

Our equipment can build a part up to 14” x 10” x 8” in a single build session. Larger shapes can be created by building them separately and then bonding them together.

We offer a variety of finish processes to fit your needs.  We now offer parts finished with a process developed by xlaFORM.  This process involves a thermal set resin and yields parts of unprecedented strength. Visit their web site to learn more about the process.
